Accordinag to the NY Daily News: Jennifer Lawrence was seen apartment hunting with her mother — reportedly eyeing the historic Tribeca condo building at 443 Greenwich St. that once housed a book binding factory.
The industrial-style property, which dates back to the 1800s, has a 71-foot lap pool, a fitness center, a temperature-controlled wine cellar and a stunning 5,000-square-foot interior courtyard garden.
The apartments don’t come cheap. The most affordable available unit is a $7 million two-bedroom on a low floor, according to listings on the website StreetEasy.
Most expensive is the whopping $51 million penthouse, which comes with 3,600 square feet of outdoor space, its own wading pool, an entertainment room, three gas fireplaces and two parking spots.
