At Home:  with hubby Grace Hightower, 88 Central Park West  until the June 2012 fire at their Upper West Side apartment. De Niro was out of the country when a fire erupted at his home, burning  several floors of the posh building. The fire was reportedly caused by a lint buildup in a clothes dryer and  spread to every apartment on the fifth floor.

Following the blaze, the De Niros were forced to move to a rented  downtown penthouse on Perry Street. The duplex penthouse — billed as a “contemporary masterpiece” — boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple outdoor terraces that offer 360-degree views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, plus a private seven-car garage, which can fit 14 cars if valeted.
